After clicking on Accessibility you will see three options on your screen. You will have to click on the one that says “Enable UI Screen Reader”. Make sure that you toggle the switch to the left to close the narrator.

You will have to do the same to the “Enable text to speech for chat” option and switch the Toggle to the left side.
